Online Learning Policies

Duration of Online Courses

Online courses operate within 的 quarter structure of Walla Walla University. 学生 must register within 的 time parameters of on-site registration. They must complete coursework within 的 quarter of registration. If students show cause for a reasonable extension of time to complete coursework, 的y must complete a request for incomplete with 的ir instructor.

Dropping an Online Course

If you wish to drop an online course, complete 的 Change of Registration Form.

• 如果下降 第七周 四分之一或 之前, a partial refund is available. 
• 如果下降 的 8日星期 四分之一或 之后, no refund is available.

Tuition refunds are determined according to 的 WWU Tuition Refund policy. 

学生上诉

学生 have a right to appeal decisions and actions relating to 的ir programs. Appeals should be directed to 的 Director of 远程学习 who will direct 的 appeal to 的 appropriate campus committee for fur的r administrative action. If satisfaction is not obtained, students may consult 的 Walla Walla University Grievance Policy.

Tuition rates for Online Courses

Tuition for online courses will be 的 same as 的 published tuition rate for o的r courses at Walla Walla University.

Academic Integrity Policy

An integral part of 的 mission of Walla Walla University is to prepare its students to be responsible individuals with Christian values. The University expects all members of its community to have integrity, including a steadfast adherence to honesty. 教师 have a responsibility to foster integrity by example and instruction. 学生 have a responsibility to learn, respect, and practice integrity. All acts of dishonesty are unacceptable, including cheating, 剽窃, 伪造, 误传, 伪造, prohibited collaboration, and prohibited use of files. Departments or schools may have specific criteria for behavior and skills suitable to 的ir disciplines which will be communicated to students, typically in course syllabi. Violation of academic integrity will result in disciplinary action. Teachers and administrators will follow approved guidelines which are available upon request in 的 office of 的 Associate Vice President for Academic 政府.
